OUTSIDE SALES ENGINEER

The Sales Representative’s business objective is to grow the Company’s business through existing customers and to identify and secure sales from new customers. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:

• Build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with Mechanical and Plumbing Engineers and Mechanical and Plumbing Contractors.
• Increase the volume and expand the types of products existing clients and customers specify and purchase while assuring customer satisfaction.
• Initiate and close all sales opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate new business contacts and opportunities.

 Qualifications

• College Degree is required. Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills as well as computer literacy.

START-UP TECHNICIAN

We are looking for highly detail oriented individuals for start-up technician positions. Must be highly disciplined and capable of self-management. Experience in mechanical/electrical operation and/or installation a plus but not a requirement.
